DETAILS :Role: Responsible for Permanent controls for FinanceDepartment: FinanceStart Date: As soon as possibleLocation: MadridSalary: As per Kepler Cheuvreux's policyKEPLER CHEUVREUX :Kepler Cheuvreux is a leading independent European financial services company that specialises in Research, Execution, Fixed Income and Credit, Structured Solutions, Corporate Finance, and Asset Management.The Group employs around 600 people and is present in 14 major financial centres in Europe, the US and the Middle East.YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:Perform the control plan of the Finance department based on a risk approach review of the GL balances substantiation.Perform other Finance controls such as on treasury and taxes.Perform controls based on audit approach methodology.Report the summary of the controls and, if required, propose recommendations to enhance the control environment.Wrap up the controls and present them to the CFO and senior Finance.Support the GL administration with the validation of new accounting schemes and manage the chart of accounts for the Group.Responsible for ESG corporate reporting & ESG rating.YOUR QUALIFICATIONS AND COMPETENCIES:2 years' experience in external audit.Accounting degree (Certified Public Accountant) and up to date on IFRS.Organized, rigorous, analytical, and easy-going person.Strong MS Office suite skills, especially with pivot tables and Excel files.Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and French.RECRUITMENT PROCESS:Between 2 and 3 rounds of interviews: both fit and technical questions.
