Empresas: Six Senses IbizaResponsibilities:I will be responsible for all guests' arrival experience to our Residences and/or Mansions.Once the guest arrives at the resort, checking-in the guest in their residences or mansions, and ensuring all administration tasks thereafter are accurate and correct.Support Residential Concierge Coordinators to contact the arriving guests.Follow LQA and Six Senses standards and procedures.Input relevant information into the PMS, nurturing it and maintaining an updated guest history accessible for future stays.Handle guest complaints, suggestions and/or compliments, log and report them appropriately in the system, take prompt and effective action and follow up until closure.Anticipate guests' needs, identifying service trends and gaps to provide a seamless experience.Strictly comply with cashier procedures and report accordingly and timely, including a well-balanced bank assigned by the Resort.Provide all info needed to both Finance and/or Management team in Front of House when unannouncedly auditing the cashier closure procedures.Ensure, in collaboration with Housekeeping, the daily cleaning of the suite as well as the provision of Turndown Service, both in accordance with preferred time frames collected upon room tour.Uphold Six Senses guidelines and standards of service and operation, maintaining and exceeding performance benchmarks.Strictly adhere to LQA standards and guest comments.Manage the correct use of our main communication tool with in-house guests, the Six Senses App, and monitor the execution of all pending tasks.Qualifications:I have the required qualifications, technical skills, and experience in a similar or greater role in luxury hotels with proven results.I possess a minimum hospitality diploma/degree from a recognized hospitality school and more than two years of experience in a similar hotel operational role.I have an intuitive sense of product and service quality, a passion for excellence, and an understanding of the sophisticated needs of the luxury customer.Technical skills include advanced MS Office Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.I am also familiar with various hotel systems including Micros POS, Opera PMS, and CRM platforms.I have knowledge of hotel/resort policies regarding reservations, discounts, and room bookings.I have an excellent command of written and spoken English and some knowledge of Spanish and customs.#J-18808-Ljbffr
