Manpower Permanent Professional, in collaboration with a multinational company specialized in the development of automated and integrated intralogistics solutions for manufacturers of consumer goods, is looking for a Resident Automation Technician; the selected candidate will ensure the smooth operation of complex systems at a company client's industrial plant in Valencia.
ResponsibilitiesEnsure the proper functioning of the plant in compliance with KPIs and contractual performance.Collaborate with technical offices for problem resolution, organizing on-site and remote interventions, procuring and shipping spare parts, and preparing offers.Perform corrective maintenance and troubleshooting activities on the installed machinery.Carry out all or part of the preventive maintenance activities according to the maintenance plans, as agreed with the Customer and the Company provisions.Participate in periodic meetings with the Customer's representatives.Report to the Customer and the Company regarding performed activities, anomalies, and corrective actions.Promote improvement activities, modifications, and possible solutions.Provide periodic on-the-job training to the Customer's personnel.Manage spare parts available on-site, suggesting reorder points and purchases as needed.Organize, manage, and update any security documentation requested by the Customer.Technical RequirementsTechnical qualification in the electromechanical field or industrial automation.5+ years of professional experience as an Electromechanical or Transfer Technician, Electrician, or Automation Engineer in the automation or manufacturing sector.Strong understanding of electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and mechanical drawings.Knowledge of Siemens PLC, Beckhoff, Fanuc, and Allen Bradley; Rockwell is not mandatory but will be considered a plus.Soft Skills RequirementsDesire to make a difference and represent the Company daily in front of the Customer.Excellent communication skills, intuition, and strong autonomy.Proactivity and outstanding problem-solving skills.Strong analytical skills.Curiosity in learning new technologies and managerial aspects.Stress resistance and the ability to work under pressure.Fluency in Spanish (spoken and written); intermediate proficiency in English or Italian (spoken and written).Other RequirementsDriving license and car required.Permanent rights to work in Spain, with no restrictions.What's In It For YouPermanent contract.Full-time position.Salary based on experience.Career Growth based on a culture of talent development where everyone has the opportunity to learn, grow, and feel empowered to realize his/her full potential.
