Join us as our expert in requirements engineering and help us enhance and standardize our requirements management processes.
As a Requirements Engineer, you will be an integral part of our dynamic Data Factory service team.
Your primary focus will be on gathering and managing requirements from various business units, ensuring their needs regarding automotive data are accurately captured and addressed.
You can then forward these requirements to our PPC (Production Planning & Controlling) team, which coordinates the planning of all production-related topics.
Furthermore, you will contribute your expertise to establish and standardize requirements management processes, elevating them to new heights within our organization.
Key Responsibilities: End-to-End Requirement Management: Review, classify, and prioritize requirements.
Project Planning: Plan the projects that the team will have to deal with by providing accurate estimates and quantifications of requirements.
Quality Control: Serve as the customer within the realization phase, organizing and documenting the acceptance of implemented requirements.
Internal Collaboration: Work closely with various internal departments to ensure seamless communication and cooperation across the organization.
Process Design: Spearhead the establishment and standardization of requirements management processes.
Qualifications: Completed training or studies in commercial, business management or a similar field.
At least 3 years of professional working experience in the same or a similar area, preferably in a data or IT environment.
Requirements Management Certification is a plus.
Profound experience in planning and controlling activities.
Very good communication skills and confident appearance.
Project Management experience.
Business fluent in English; German is a plus.
Willingness to travel for business at home and abroad.
