Key Responsibilities: Schedule virtual appointments with members via phone Complete insurance and underwriting applications on behalf of members Attend workshops and pursue ongoing education/professional development Address inquiries and guide members through the enrollment process for benefit plans Requirements: U.S. citizenship and permanent residency in the state are prerequisite A growth-oriented mindset with a focus on continuous self-improvement Proficient in remote work using a laptop, smartphone, and Wi-Fi Exceptional written and verbal communication skills Successfully pass a background check
