Key Responsibilities:

Affiliate Program Management: Oversee and nurture relationships with existing and new affiliates to drive program expansion.

Performance Optimization: Analyze and enhance affiliate performance to maximize returns on campaigns.

Strategic Development: Create and implement effective strategies for affiliate campaigns and promotions.

Data Analysis: Track and evaluate affiliate performance metrics to guide decisions and improve outcomes.

Networking: Attend industry conferences and events to establish and strengthen relationships with affiliates.

Team Leadership: Prepare to evolve into the Head of Affiliates role, leading a dedicated affiliate team in the future.

Requirements

Language Proficiency: Business level English

Experience: Proven affiliate marketing experience, in the Nutra or health sectors.
