The Position OPSWAT is looking for a seasoned and technically strong Regional Sales Manager to lead sales in Spain and France. The primary role is to expand OPSWAT's customer base primarily via the recruitment and close management of a value-added channel ecosystem, while actively participating in customer-facing actions alongside channel partners. You will facilitate resolution of partner/customer issues, manage engagements between partners/customers and internal groups, ensure that prospective customers understand how OPSWAT solutions can meet their security requirements, and help improve the customer experience both pre-and post-sale.
What You Will Be Doing Building and scaling a channel ecosystem; successful prospecting methods should be second nature to you.Responding to inbound leads and appropriately managing them; high conversion rates are part of your past success.Developing thought leadership and a trusted advisory relationship with partners, customers, and prospects.Strategically targeting business opportunities that leverage high-value use cases, in key verticals.Developing and executing sales strategies to sell OPSWAT products, solutions, and services to exceed sales quotas.Communicating value propositions to partners and customers that speak to their needs and requirements.Utilizing client-centric, solutions-oriented selling strategies to identify, qualify, and convert enterprise sales alongside partners.Effectively articulating financial ROI/TCO value, and building value throughout the negotiation process.Maintaining extensive account and opportunity detail in Salesforce CRM.Forecasting and reporting revenue projections accurately to management.Overachieving on annual quota, measured quarterly.Exuding excellence while constantly being fanatical about delighting customers and promoting products.Being a constant expert in cyber-security and using this knowledge to plan for the future.What We Need From You Bachelor's degree, preferably in a technical discipline or equivalent experience.3 – 5 years Account Executive, Channel, and Business Development experience with at least 1 year of security and/or enterprise software sales.Proficiency in English and local languages.Demonstrated consistent quota attainment selling complex solutions to enterprise customers.Technical familiarity with cyber security products and operating systems.Highly accurate pipeline management and forecasting expertise.Excellent time management skills, and ability to work with high levels of autonomy.Self-motivated with a winning attitude and pride in exceeding sales goals.Ability to travel as necessary, up to 50% travel may be required.Highly ethical and professional personal conduct.Team player with excellent communication skills.Technical experience in enterprise or application software or networking solutions.Knowledge of sandbox and anti-malware products preferred.Technical familiarity and understanding of APIs.Background in software development, IT/IS administration, or CIS.OPSWAT is an equal opportunity employer.
