Summary: Supports the Manager, Leasing and Leasing Specialists on the implementation of innovative sales strategies that secure new tenants and satisfy existing resident renewal requirements. The individual in this role will place particular emphasis on achieving vacancy targets by conducting regular training of Leasing Specialists and analysis of competitors and market trends to further amplify the sales process.
What you'll get to do: Work with the Manager, Leasing to establish well-formulated strategic leasing plans for assigned assetsComplete daily and weekly client reporting for Manager, LeasingEngage with the team of Leasing Specialists and provide support on meeting leasing KPIsProvide leasing backup to Leasing Specialists i.e. answering calls and emails, conducting in-person showings and completing applications on as needed basisProvide one-on-one leasing training when requiredConduct regular site visits to assess vacant suites, the leasing pathway and provide feedback and solutions to the Manager, Leasing and Property ManagersReview and update marketing advertisements for property vacanciesCollaborate with Research Team to support development of market surveysAnalyze competition and identify market trends for the purpose of providing input and recommendations on pricing and marketing strategyMaintain awareness of the surrounding residential community, including availability of suite types and layouts, common areas and amenities of the building and value-added services providedAssist with yearly marketing budget recommendations (traditional/digital advertising, events, signage, etc.Take part in weekly meeting with leasing staff and Property Managers and record minutes for takeawaysProvide portfolio updates in weekly leasing team meetingsManage Open Houses and provide required materials for the Leasing SpecialistsFulfill items for 'WOW fridges' and mini-model stagingWho you are: Diploma/Degree in Sales, Marketing or Business Administration an assetReal Estate industry experience an assetImpeccable verbal and written communication skillsOutgoing personality and interpersonally savvyTeam oriented, supportive and open to learningExcellent time management and prioritization skills, diligent and accountableProficient in Microsoft Office, Adobe Acrobat, and CMS modulesAbility to analyze data and draw relevant conclusionsOpen to learning and adaptable to changeFlexible schedule – ability to work some evenings and weekends as requiredAbility to travel to multiple sites – must possess valid Driver's License and access to a vehicleGreenwin Corp. is an equal opportunity employer committed to building a diverse workforce representative of the communities we serve and providing an accessible environment.
