We are seeking a Refrigeration Specialist who will be responsible for providing expert support and guidance to drive safety, performance and maintenance of refrigeration systems across a portfolio of sites. Additionally, networking and collaborating with partner teams to innovate and implement world class refrigeration solutions.
Key job responsibilitiesYour role will involve:
Remote Monitoring: Utilising advanced monitoring tools and software platforms to remotely monitor the performance and operational parameters of industrial refrigeration systems across multiple sites.Alarm Management: Responding promptly to system alarms and alerts, investigating the root cause of any deviations from normal operating conditions.Data Analysis: Analysing data collected from monitoring systems to identify trends, anomalies, and potential issues with refrigeration system performance.Maintenance Coordination: Working closely with the team's Scheduler and on-site RME personnel to schedule preventive maintenance activities, inspections, and repairs for industrial refrigeration systems.Documentation and Reporting: Utilising APM and maintaining accurate records of system performance, maintenance activities, F-Gas logs, and troubleshooting efforts.Maintenance Optimisation: Collaborating with field RME teams to develop and implement best practices for preventive and predictive maintenance of refrigeration systems.Technical Support: Serving as a technical resource for the team's escalation specialists, providing guidance on troubleshooting complex issues, conducting root cause analysis, and implementing corrective actions.Continuous Improvement: Working with the wider GRT teams to drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance the reliability, efficiency, and sustainability of refrigeration systems.Compliance and Safety: Ensure that all maintenance activities comply with regulatory requirements and safety standards.BASIC QUALIFICATIONSSignificant experience in industrial refrigeration systems, maintenance and troubleshooting.Strong knowledge of refrigeration principles, equipment, and components.Familiarity with remote monitoring tools and systems.Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.Effective communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to work independently and collaboratively.Commitment to safety and compliance with regulatory requirements.PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONSBachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Refrigeration Engineering, or related field, or an Apprenticeship in Refrigeration or similar.Food Safety Qualifications.If you are a visionary Refrigeration Specialist with a passion for leading services, driving innovation, and delivering exceptional customer services, we invite you to join us on this exciting journey of evolving and shaping our international portfolio of refrigerant systems.
