Description of the team The People & Talent team is responsible for various aspects of Human Resources: recruitment, training, employer branding, and talent and corporate development.
We are a team of 3 to support the needs of more than 10 teams, collectively composed of more than 190 people.

What will be your day-to-day functions?
Outbound recruitment: search of potential candidates among different tools (mainly Linkedin Recruiter); and follow up of existing candidates.
Work closely with the Talent Acquisition Specialist: support in the first stages of the IT recruitment processes.

Studying last year of university studies in Psychology, Labor Relations, Business Administration or similar, and ability to sign an internship agreement of at least 6 months High level of English (B2-C1) Tolerance to frustration Influencing and negotation skills Good interdepartmental communication skills Strong team-work spirit Located in Valencia and availability to come to the office twice a week Tolerance to frustration, resolutive and able to overcome any trouble you might have in a creative way Excellent written and verbal communication skills Useful: Previous experience in IT Recruitment Strong knowledge of tech concepts Attention to detail, strong organizational skills (specifically managing the recruitment pipeline in an optimum way), and a focus on the quality of work What do we offer?
