Job Overview We are seeking a detail-oriented Recruitment Coordinator to support our talent acquisition team.

You will assist in the recruitment process from job posting to onboarding, ensuring a seamless experience for both candidates and hiring managers.

Key Responsibilities Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.

Post job openings on various job boards and social media platforms.

Manage the applicant tracking system (ATS) and maintain candidate records.

Assist with screening resumes and conducting initial phone interviews.

Facilitate background checks and reference verifications.

Support onboarding activities and prepare new hire documentation.

Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.

1-2 years of experience in recruitment or HR support roles.

Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and HR databases.

Skills Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and HR software.

Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.

Nice to Haves Experience with social media recruiting strategies.

Knowledge of employment laws and regulations.

HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP or PHR).
