Role: Service Desk (RDS Analyst) Must be bachelor's graduate of any technical course(prefer IT courses) IT Service Desk experience who provide L1 & L1.5 support and has at least 2-5yrs Remote Desktop Support experience Excellent troubleshooting skills (O365/VPN/Skype/Printer/Active Directory/MS Office etc) Understanding of Windows 7 & 10 operating system Assisting with configuring/troubleshooting Software and Hardware Experience working with ServiceNow to log, track, and close tickets Experience in resolving IT issues via phone/email/chat Excellent telephone etiquette and customer service Excellent troubleshooting skills Amenable to work on-site and can start ASAP
