Your Responsibilities:Develop new products, from concept to industrialization.Responsible for performance, quality, validation and cost of new products.Use SolidWorks to create 3D models and drawings.Work with a multidisciplinary team to bring products to market.Conduct laboratory and field tests to validate designs.Creation and monitoring of schedules in collaboration with Program Manager Office.Creation and monitoring of quality KPIs, FMEA and DVT in collaboration with Quality Department.Technical support for industrialization activity.To succeed in this role, you'll need a positive attitude and the following:Master's degree in mechanical or industrial design engineering.Proven experience in plastic part design and plastics injection molding.5+ years of experience in research and development departments.Strong understanding of mechanical design and analysis.Experience with SolidWorks or other CAD software.Knowledge of sealing and submerged or pressurized products is a plus.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Fluent in Spanish and English.Passion for excellence and end-user focus about usability and ergonomics.What we offer:Work in a consolidated and solvent company leader in its market globally, with a high rate of investment for new products.Be a member of a highly qualified and multidisciplinary R&D team in a good work environment, with access to the best design, project and analysis tools.Wide point of view from marketing to manufacturing line.Salary according to value and experience and social company benefits.At Fluidra, we are committed to both the professional and personal development of our employees.
