We are searching for all-rounder power houses in all operational, commercial AND financial levels. We are looking for a Hotel Business Turnaround - Reposition Specialist. As hospitality investors, our firm specializes in Value-Add hospitality assets, repositioning post-purchase to upgrade to the next category and best in its Comp Set. The hotels are strategically located to attract all leisure, corporate, and MICE markets optimizing occupancy and ADR week, weekend, and each month of the full year.ARE YOU A HANDS-ON & RESULTS-DRIVEN MANAGER WITH FULL REPOSITIONING EXPERIENCE?You will need these minimum requirements:+5 years of proven experience as a successful Resort General Manager in 4 star and 5 star hotels.Direct experience in successful Product and Market Repositioning is a must.Must have proven achievements in channel distribution and direct booking to increase quality high ADR, and eliminating mass, low ADR tour operators and bedbanks.Degree or Diploma in Hotel Management; a Master's degree will be valued.In-depth P&L analysis and cost control, minimum 5 years budget setup & management.Proven successful commercial experience, business plan development & control, marketing and revenue management for both the Leisure as well as the MICE and corporate markets.Professional Operations Management: process development, implementation and control of all hotel departments.Proven revenue and profit optimization, as well as staff productivity and control in all hotel departments.DO YOU HAVE A DYNAMIC - POSITIVE - PRO-ACTIVE PERSONALITY?Motivating Team Leader with positive people skills.Strong sense of ownership, troubleshooter and pro-active challenge solver.Passion for customer service, efficient management of guest feedback, on and offline.Great capacity for dynamic and agile work, efficient time management.Accustomed to working by objectives and achieving results quickly and effectively.High level of English both written and spoken; other languages a plus.Only those applicants who meet all the skills and experience required in this job posting will be contacted.
