For the next possible date, we are looking for a:
Sales Executive (m / f / d) - remote- Support the aviation sales team to achieve revenue growth.
- Provide daily support to the Deputy General Manager for aviation duties in Spain & Portugal.
- Support in the development and implementation of sales strategies and initiatives so as to increase market share and profitability, being proactive and autonomous with criteria.
- Establish and maintain relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders in the aviation industry by conducting frequent weekly sales calls on-site, tailored to specific airline targets, as well as organizing sales blitz events and virtual meetings.
- Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to inform business decisions and identify new opportunities to the clients.
- Create and deliver sales presentations and proposals to prospective clients.
- Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and industry standards.
- Carry out regular market research, competitor analysis and benchmarking.
- Organize and execute participation in fairs, events, seminars, roadshows, and functions.
Your qualification:- Minimum of 2 years of experience in aviation, travel agency or tour operator sales or related field.
- Have a good network in the travel industry.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to manage a multi-segment account portfolio.
- Proficient in the use of MS Office skills (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Knowledge of GDS Amadeus, eSmash & Sabre ADI is desirable.
- Willingness to travel as required.
- Ability to conduct statistical reviews and analyze results to improve operation methods, processes and proposing new sales tools to the clients with the aim to improve results.
- Ability to prioritize both in terms of workload and in prioritizing which initiatives/actions will have the greatest business impact.
- Excellent verbal and written skills in Spanish & English, other languages are a plus.
- Great interpersonal skills and a pleasant, outgoing personality.
- Ability to multi-task.
