BFlow offers a position of Head of Marketing in the company,

directly reporting to the CEO of the company and in close collaboration with the Product and Biological validation department and Sales Support.

Tasks Marketing strategy executionCoordination and execution of co-marketing activities with distributors and collaboratorsCoordination, updating and improvement of the web site and online store in collaboration with the marketing agencyDevelopment of multichannel marketing campaigns and evolution of CRMFollow up and improvement of the conversion funnel from Lead to CustomerManagement of social networks and email marketingDesign of marketing materials for fairs, conferences, etc. Requirements: Mandatory requirements Demonstrated experience of more than 5 years in marketing and / or communicationExperience in managing online marketing campaigns and conversion trackingFluent communication in EnglishInterest in the field of biotechnologyAbility to work in a team, creativity, problem solving and initiative Valuable requirements Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Economics or related fieldPrevious experience working with CRMsKnowledge of graphic design (such as Canva)Experience in an R&D or biotech company
