Mission:
Part of the Guest Service Centre, manage all telephone calls from the hotels to which service is offered, both from internal and external customers, always using a tone of voice and phrasing appropriate to each request, making use of the different Guest Experience tools linked to the system.
What are we looking for? Education: High School DiplomaExperience: preferably experience in a telephone service / customer service position.Skills: customer orientation, decisive, communicative, flexibility, and coordination skills.Knowledge: preferably of hospitality processesTools: experience with PMS is an assetLanguages: Spanish (native) & English (min. level B1) and knowledge of French and/or German would be an asset.
