Responsibilities: Provide leadership and direction regarding supplier quality.Help the functions and manufacturing sites exceed customer expectations by designing and deploying regional processes to mitigate supplier quality risk.Lead the European raw material specification process.Negotiate Quality assurance agreements with strategic suppliers.Agree on technical specifications.Lead audits to control contractual requirements.Control and optimize EMEA specification process.Support risk-based incoming inspection management.Support quality control in critical approval decisions.Lead the European raw material complaint process.Define, control and optimize the EMEA process.Lead and develop complaint handler team.Manage supplier complaint meetings.Lead cross-functional team to escalate extended supplier complaints.Support procurement to force claims against suppliers with quality issues.Lead separate SCAR A complaint process.Be a member of the cross-functional team on supplier development activities.Manage supplier development meetings.Lead projects on supplier development activities.Be part of the EMEA quality management network.Lead selected raw material quality improvement projects.Support projects as technical raw material specialist.Lead contamination awareness projects.Act as a lead auditor for raw material supplier on-site quality audits.Support supplier quality audits as raw material specialist.Support cross-functional audit team.Plan, create and execute quality supplier webinars. Qualifications: Successful study in chemistry with a master degree.Quality Management Requirements (mainly IATF 16949, ISO 19011).Qualified Supplier QM Auditor.Six Sigma Green Belt certification and experience.Proficient in English, both speaking and writing.Knowledge in TIPS / SAP, BIQuery, MS Office including Access.Strong interpersonal communication skills.Technical understanding.Team building skills.Customer-oriented.Logical approach to solve problems.High stress resilience.Capability to communicate a complex context in an understandable way.Capability to form and lead teams.
