HR Administrator - Human Resources Shared ServicesMalaga Office - Hybrid: 4 days in the office, 1 day working from homeDepartment: Human ResourcesAs a result of phenomenal growth and ongoing expansion, we are looking for a HR Advisor to join the HR SSC team having responsibility for day to day HR operations globally. The successful person will report into our HR Shared Services Manager.Overall responsibility:1. Contract administration - ensure contracts and addendums are kept up to date with the local legislation and that all the required documents are requested.2. HR data - ensure employee data changes and absences are included in the HRIS system.3. Manage and keep track of all staff movements in terms of global mobility (contracts/tax with HR HQ). Keep relevant departments informed.4. Employee documentation compliance - perform documentation audits to ensure compliance with local practices/legislation.5. Long term service awards/other company initiatives - oversee and manage the local operations and communication.6. Support the mitigation of background screening reports.7. Respond to local authorities requests and support internal and external audits.Required Skills:1. Solid HR background with advisory experience in a fast-paced, professional services or sales environment (Financial Services ideal but not essential).2. Highly responsive, organised and results-oriented, meets deadlines.3. Excellent communicator with highly developed written and interpersonal skills in English; Spanish language will be considered a plus.4. Flexible, resourceful and highly adaptable.5.
