This key role is essential for ensuring the highest standards in quality and food safety, supporting their commitment to delivering unparalleled gastronomic experiences.
Key Responsibilities: Manage and maintain the quality system under international certifications.
Supervise and update quality management system documentation.
Coordinate and prepare for internal and external audits.
Manage the quality control laboratory and its procedures.
Develop and implement HACCP (Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Points) plans.
Oversee quality control for raw materials, processes, and finished products.
Lead investigations of non-conformities and establish corrective actions.
Train the team on quality standards and food safety regulations.
Coordinate with certification bodies and external auditors.
What We Value: Degree in Food Technology, Chemical Engineering, or a related field.
Training in quality and food safety systems.
Over 5 years in similar roles within the food industry.
Experience with quality certifications.
Knowledge of dairy production processes (preferred).
Skills: Leadership and team management.
Analytical skills and results orientation.
Communication and negotiation abilities.
Proficiency in quality management tools.
High proficiency in English (B2/C1).
