Secondary Education in Industrial. Knowledge UNE-ISO 2859: statistical sampling for attribute inspection. Inspection/test methods for raw and packaging materials. Knowledge of packaging material processes. Ability to read/understand industrial specifications. Quality Control tools such as control graphs, cause-effect diagrams, risk analysis. Continuous improvement philosophy. Automatic process control tools. Factory 4.0. Experience in a manufacturing environment, especially in the cosmetic or perfumery sector. Familiarity with standard concepts, practices, and procedures within Quality Assurance Systems. Knowledge in cosmetology and olfactory skills are valuable. Languages Fluent in English. French knowledge is also valuable. Shift Requirements Work on a three-shift scheduled team is required. Main Functions and Responsibilities To control or audit samples of packaging materials and finished products. To carry out the release and refusal of packaging components and products. To ensure quality control plans follow-up. To take care of quality level compliance within production staff. To participate in the non-conformity management process. To participate in the new reference process ensuring specification availability for production. To propose improvements over the process, products, or materials to increase the value of our operations inside a technologically advanced system.
