Job Description Summary of the role As a Process Excellence Trainee , you'll work directly with the Process Excellence Lead and participate in the delivery of key transversal initiatives that will help Takeda Iberia execute on its strategy, deliver competitive advantage and improve business performance.
You'll learn to do so by using a holistic, end-to-end approach, that takes into consideration the process, organizational, technological and data impacts that go beyond the individual business areas, addressing the implications for the enterprise level.
You'll routinely collaborate with cross-functional teams to proactively identify, design and implement solutions for key challenges.
In doing so, you'll support in contributing to move towards the desired state, understanding, anticipating and acting on potential barriers.
Your main responsibilities Business process & operational excellence.
You'll: Learn and support in applying specific process streamlining methodology frameworks (Lean Six Sigma, Design thinking, etc.)
for process improvement initiatives (incl.
Customer Journey Maps and Value Stream mapping) Identify inefficiencies and root causes across different dimensions (process, people, technology, information) and propose solutions of different sorts, including potential automation or robotization.
Transversal improvement initiatives.
You'll: Possess project management skills and the ability to help managing cross-functional initiatives from people, process, information and technology perspectives Work effectively with people from different backgrounds, level of experience, cultures to accomplish business objectives, valuing and gaining benefit from the diversity of ideas and perspectives in a multi-cultural environment Support leadership on decision-making.
You'll: Express ideas and views and pass on information in a structured, soundly argumented and open manner that allows the audience to easily absorb and act on it towards the desired state About the ideal candidate Bachelor / Master's degree in Business or Engineering Familiarity with Process design, Engineering and/or Business Transformation Desirable (Methodologies): Lean/Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, etc.)
