If you are someone who thrives on diving deep into data analytics, brainstorming innovative ideas, and collaborating with a fun and dynamic group of professionals, then this role is tailor-made for you!What You'll Be Doing: Retention Strategy Development: Lead the development and implementation of comprehensive retention marketing strategies that align with company goals and drive customer loyalty and repeat purchases.Email Marketing: Create and manage email marketing campaigns, including segmentation, personalization, and automation.
Develop compelling content and optimize email deliverability and performance.PR: Develop and execute PR strategies.SEO: Manage SEO across different websites.SEM: Manage SEM, with help of the Paid Media team.Campaign Analysis: Utilize data analytics to track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) for email, SMS, and affiliate marketing campaigns.
Provide regular reports and insights to optimize strategies and achieve KPIs.Influencer Marketing: Implement influencer marketing strategies.Social Media: Manage social media channels, act as a Community Manager for low engagement accounts across LinkedIn, Instagram, and X.A/B Testing: Conduct A/B testing for email, SEO, SEM, and affiliate campaigns to determine the most effective strategies and tactics.
Use test results to inform future campaigns and drive continuous improvement.Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with the marketing, product, and customer service teams to ensure retention efforts are aligned with overall business objectives.
Drive integrated retention initiatives and foster a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement.Market Research: Conduct market research to stay updated with industry trends, competitive landscape, and customer preferences.
Use insights to inform retention marketing strategies and identify new opportunities.Customer Feedback: Gather and analyze customer feedback to understand pain points and areas for improvement.
Use this information to enhance retention strategies and improve the overall customer experience.Minimum Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.Minimum of three years of experience in retention marketing, with a strong focus on email, SMS, and affiliate marketing.Proven track record of developing and executing successful retention marketing strategies.Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.Exceptional writing and editing skills with a keen attention to detail.Proficiency in email marketing platforms (e.G
