As a QA Manual, you are expected to work very closely with developers, product owners, team leaders, and scrum masters to ensure that all planned tasks are ready at the end of each sprint with the highest quality possible.You have to be involved constantly in the development process, starting from Business Analysis by making reviews, asking questions to be part of the refinement of any user story, and creating quality from the beginning. You should be an out-of-the-box thinker when it's time to define test cases and decide strategies and approaches according to the testing purpose. Your role has to play a creative artist by working on solutions based on different tools and technologies to make their testing process faster.
