Tasks in the role:Learning & Development - Restructure and develop a T&D system for effective business goal achievement.Leadership Development - Build a functional management and leadership development process that will match the level of the company's maturity. Direct leadership development within a multicultural and multilingual environment.Culture & Value - Act as the ambassador of culture, maintaining multiculturalism while establishing a common ground for communication (e.g. English-speaking environment).DEI Objectives - Establish and maintain an open-minded culture that promotes inclusion, equity, and diversity within the organization. Act as a facilitator by working with leadership, the Board of Directors, and other organizational parts.Talent Management - Develop and implement long-range strategic plans to ensure a high level of employee engagement and motivation. Build the internal and external perception of the brand and attract and retain talent for your organization.Change Management & Communication - Leverage change management methodologies to ensure global program adoption and equip HR partners and managers with a tool to improve performance quality.Evaluation and Analytics - Report on appropriate talent metrics; identify key insights to inform future actions and decision-making.All the managerial tasks such as budgeting, team management, forecasting hiring, hiring, etc.Who we are looking for:Bachelor's degree, Master's is a strong plus.5+ years of leadership in Training and Education HR.Experience leading and scaling cross-functional, dynamic teams.A strong ability to build highly effective training sequences for diverse skill sets.Experience in building a corporate university or business transformation and transition to new markets in professional fields.Flexibility and ability to align with dynamic business needs.Openness to hearing other opinions.Agility and ability to deal effectively with strategic issues, as well as tactical operational details.You share our common values: Trust, Sense of Ownership, and enthusiasm for Constant Changes.We will try to create all the right conditions for you to work and rest comfortably:
