With Innovamat, kids from 3 to 16 years old learn math through manipulative materials and highly dynamic lessons focused on problem-solving, communication skills, and critical thinking.
Your mission Strategic Projects Lead cross-functional, critical, time-bound projects.
Bring new business units from 0 to 1.
Hire key business-oriented people.
Analyze investment opportunities (M&A).
Assemble Dashboards & Analysis for the CEO.
Operations Be the CEO's representative in meetings.
Build a system to employ the Executive Team to take action and be accountable.
Define and facilitate Leadership offsites and team dynamics.
Occasionally travel with the CEO (mostly to US).
Make sure important things get done.
Meet with other companies.
Communications Preparing internal and external presentations for the CEO.
Investor relations: board decks, quarterly & monthly updates, and all shareholder communications.
What are we looking for? Excellent communication skills in both Spanish and English.
Someone located near our HQ (Sant Cugat del Vallés), with the ability to travel to the US when required.
General business background, knowledge and interest.
Ability to organize and be systematic.
An entrepreneurial mindset, capable of thinking outside the box and excited about the challenges.
Hands-on attitude: making things happen!
Ability to take any problem, deep-dive, reveal root cause, draft improvement solutions and take action.
