Daikin Europe NV (DENV) is a subsidiary of Daikin Industries Limited, the biggest developer, producer, and supplier of HVAC-R (heating, ventilation, air conditioning, and refrigeration) solutions, including heating pumps and cooling technology. DENV is Daikin's sales, R&D, and production headquarters for Europe, the Middle-East, and Africa. Our IT Center EMEA consists of 3 departments: IT Planning (PLAN), IT Development (BUILD), and IT Infrastructure (RUN). Within our IT Development department, we can distinguish 2 competence centres: Madrid and Ostend. You will be part of IT Development in Madrid, which consists of 50 people (internal & external) and an offshore team. The group is young and dynamic with a good team spirit and open communication structure. We implement innovative IT solutions for our 7500+ Daikin colleagues all over Europe & Middle East.

Main Functions/ResponsibilitiesAssess our current Collaboration Platform to understand our landscape and identify potential improvements.Develop next year's strategy and translate this into a Roadmap.Act as the Project Manager for various international projects within the collaboration area.Analyze & implement IT & business requirements in cooperation with Business and IT colleagues.Promote the Collaboration area within our EMEA organization.Supervise IT change requests executed by our implementation partner and assist in 3rd line IT support.Explore future evolutions within your area of expertise with data-driven analyses. Profile RequirementsMaster's degree in Engineering, IT, or Economy.At least 4 years of experience in a similar position.Experience with SharePoint Online, Microsoft Teams, Power Apps, Power Automate, and third-party tools like Nintex and ShareGate.Technical background with recent experience in a business role (project manager/consultant). Main Skills NeededAnalytical & innovative spirit with a focus on growth.Solution-oriented mindset with a drive for continuous improvement.Self-discipline to manage and follow up on planning.Team player with strong interpersonal skills.Good communication skills and comfort in presenting to groups.Willingness to travel to Daikin group companies in EMEA.Very good knowledge of English.Capability to provide training to others.Strong analytical skills.
