The ROPM is the leader of the Musketeers. As the face of the brand in the market and together with his team, he optimises sales, brand presence and awareness throughout the On Premise channel.The ROPM and his team must be perfectly coordinated with the Distributor Regional Manager in order to maximize and amplify the reach of the potential of the sales force teams of the distributors.Job DescriptionThe Role ModelBe the credible voice of On Premise for Red Bull. Ensure appropriate communication flow and knowledge transfer within the regional and national teams. Secure and optimise the teamwork with all related business units. Bring the brand premium values of Red Bull to life as a role model for the entire team and the On Premise network. Constantly monitor image standards within the team. Use your unique personality to showcase this premium brand and to build effective relationships with strategically important customers and industry contacts.The Team LeaderBuild and maintain a strong and highly effective team. Lead and coach all direct reports in a motivational way for increased productivity and engagement. Take ownership of the regional training plan. Guarantee customised trainings and coaching on a benchmark level to ensure continuous development of the team so that they stay on the cutting edge.Evaluate the skill level of the On Premise team on a permanent basis and adjust plans to reach targets. Spend sufficient time in the field with the team to evaluate progress. Ensure continuous development within the team through proper succession preparation.The Strategic OperatorTake full responsibility for the development and implementation of the regional On Premise business plan tailored to meet ambitious company goals. Continuously evaluate execution by spending time in field and by setting up appropriate KPI's. Set up a proper route planning to ensure excellence in coverage and execution. Manage team to drive horizontal as well as vertical growth. Know your market like the back of your hand. Spend an appropriate amount of time in the field to stay close to market dynamics, secure and optimise existing execution and maintain a sharp look-out for new opportunities—winning them over for Red Bull. Together with the OPMM find and develop marketing strategies and concepts to leverage the brand and increase product consumption in the ever-changing On Premise environment. Ensure availability, premium On Premise activation and High 5 excellence at third party and Red Bull events
