Interviews : The average number of interviews is 3 - the number may vary depending on the level of seniority required for the position. During the interviews, you will meet people from our team: your line manager of course, but also other people related to your future role. We will talk in depth about you, your experience, and skills, but also about the position and what will be expected of you. Job description Take your career to the next level with Amaris Consulting as a Python Developer. Be part of an international team, thrive in a global group with a €800M turnover and over 1,000 clients worldwide, and an agile environment. The ideal candidate will be an experienced Senior Backend Developer with over 5 years of expertise in Python, AWS, and infrastructure management (Terraform preferred) to join our growing tech team.
WHAT WOULD YOU NEED?
Experience: Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in backend development, specifically with Python.
Cloud Expertise: Solid experience in AWS services (e.g., EC2, Lambda, RDS, S3).
Infrastructure Management: Proficient in infrastructure management using Terraform; other IaC tools are a plus.
Language Skills: Fluent in English and Spanish (both written and spoken). French proficiency is an advantage.
Location: Preference for candidates located in Madrid or Barcelona, or those willing to relocate to either city.
WHAT WILL YOU BE DOING?
Backend Development: Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend services and APIs using Python.
Cloud Infrastructure: Manage and optimize cloud resources on AWS, ensuring high availability and scalability.
Infrastructure as Code (IaC): Implement and manage infrastructure using Terraform for streamlined, consistent provisioning and version control.
System Optimization: Optimize backend systems for performance, security, and reliability.
Collaboration: Work closely with frontend developers, DevOps, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless integrations and optimal performance across services.
Technical Documentation: Write clear, concise, and thorough technical documentation for future reference and team knowledge sharing.
