We are looking for a qualified receptionist to work at the Hotel Sir Victor in Barcelona to welcome visitors as the 'face' of our company and ensure they receive a heartwarming greeting. We seek a person who has the patience, personality, and perseverance necessary to progress in this position and improve the experience of hotel guests.
Main Responsibilities Make the check-in and check-out for our guests. Ensure timely and accurate customer service. Handle complaints and specific customer requests. Coordinate luggage collection and storage. Manage communication between guests and staff and follow up to resolve customer concerns. Inform clients of our hotel services, including breakfast and dining options. Promote all hotel amenities, conveniences, and programs offered. Communicate with Housekeepers, Maintenance, and Restaurants Departments to provide an overall comfortable guest experience. Minimum Requirements +2 years of work experience. Attentiveness and patience for customers. Organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to perform well in a fast-paced environment. Team spirit. The ability to speak both English and Spanish. Flexibility to work in shifts. Attitudes and Behaviors Related to SIR Passionate. Authentic. Connected. Creative.
