servicing several renewable energy plants in the Iberian Peninsula and the Spanish Islands.What You Will Do- Achieve the assigned sales revenue, profitability and new customer targets.- Maximize the sales performance against agreed targets and maintain profitability in line with company objectives.Build long term business relationships with customers through the provision of sales, marketing, training and technical advice.- Identify emerging market trends and opportunities- Drive forecast accuracy for improved business results- Support the regional and international sales team to deliver growth- Deliver personal sales growth- Effectively write and implement a territory business plan.- Optimize effective sales time by controlling journey planning.- Complete all appropriate reporting documentation- Represent the company at local and international trade shows, presentations and seminars when required.- Commitment in HSE- Respect requirements related to H&S; according to the country laws and the special requirements for BayWa r.E. España S.L.U.



while performing your tasks.- Communicate any HSE needs you or your team may have to the organization throughout your direct supervisor and/or advisory and participation employee's body.What You Bring- As minimum 3 years of experience B to B sales.- Experience in the solar PV industry, especially in rooftop self-consumption systems and the Spanish legal framework.- Degree education or has obtained the equivalent professional experience.- Speaks fluently English and Spanish.- Available to travel at least, 50%.- Able think differently when faced with a challenge.- Strong minded with exceptional interpersonal skills.- Excellent skills in communications, time management, negotiation and conflict resolution.- Capacity for analysis, reliability and organizational skills to support project management.- Independent, flexible, proactive person, able to prioritize, meet tight deadlines,
