Our team is made up of people of 112 nationalities and 78% of them are women.We are looking forPUBLIC AFFAIRS SENIOR MANAGERWHAT WOULD YOUR DAY TO DAY BE LIKE AT MANGO?To anticipate and minimize risks and impacts coming from new regulations, industry agreements, trade policy changes and new general trends by engaging with all relevant industry associations, policymakers, administrations and other industry stakeholders/peers. By doing so, a very clear understanding of all possible impacts for the company should be acquired, that could be then used to influence all relevant stakeholders so that MANGO's opinion is heard and noted on all new and impactful issues, that would help stop potential negative impact for the company and/or reputational harm. Additionally, it would help to prepare internally for optimum compliance.This position reports to the company's Director of External Communications and Institutional Relations.KEY RESPONSIBILITIESIdentify and develop main topics to touch on and willing to work on (new regulation Sustainability, trade, AI...)Identify and build links with the main associations to be part of for lobbying purposes (EBCA, Policy Hub, Eurocommerce...)Engage in communication with PA Directors from the most important competitorsDocument and read all new regulation drafts and potential upcoming changes and trends that might be impactful for MANGO.Understand MANGO's situation and specificities and learn about the Strategic Plan 2026; then generate an opinion on each of those topicsVia lobbying agencies, work towards influencing policymakers for all relevant topics.Engage and build relationships with the Government and current Administration for advocacy and general communication of MANGO's points of viewCommunicate internally about all upcoming changes and potential impact. Discuss and reach consensus on MANGO's general position on every topicBe in touch with the most impacted Departments (Sustainability, Supply Chain, IT...) in order to understand their fields state of play and learn about ongoing projects and how they might link with the files being worked on by the PA DepartmentAttend all relevant events in Brussels or worldwide where a representation from MANGO would be suitableBe alert and proactively bring to the table all potential risks and/or opportunities arising from new regulation drafts or Communications from the European legislators that other PA colleagues might have missedAllocate time to deep dive on new regulation files under development in countries where MANGO plans to expand significantly in the coming years (USA, India...) or already has a relevant presenceREQUIREMENTSEducation: Degree in Law | Journalism | Business AdministrationExperience: 3 to 5 years in a similar role in retailExperience in working in Brussels and keeping dialogue with the European Parliament, European Commission and CouncilExperience and knowledge of industry associations and relevant stakeholders in FashionHigh level of English and FrenchVery good interpersonal and communication skillsExcellent negotiation skillsProactive and intuitive.
