In this role, you will be working as a Project Manager for commercial Medical Devices to treat Neural Disorders.
Your primary responsibility is to lead the development team and oversee project execution from conception to completion.
You will work closely with the Project Development team, as well as with the Technical Lead and Program Manager to ensure that project requirements are met on time and within budget.
As a Project Manager, you will play a key role in transforming innovative ideas into life-changing medical devices that enhance patient care and outcomes.
Your mission is to lead and drive complex projects within the healthcare industry, ensuring that every stage—from concept to market launch—is executed with excellence, precision, and adherence to the highest industry standards.
You will harness your extensive experience in healthcare to navigate the unique challenges of the medical device industry, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements while pushing the boundaries of what's possible.
Collaborating closely with cross-functional teams, you will align all stakeholders with the project's vision and goals, fostering a culture of teamwork, innovation, and continuous improvement.
Your leadership will be instrumental in delivering projects that not only meet but exceed expectations, on time and within budget.

Key Responsibilities: Define and execute the project plan, tasks, resources, and budget.
Define project coordination structure and communication plan.
Define and prioritize the development tasks, oversee and take part in the development tasks, as appropriate.
Lead planning and management of critical initiatives across the development team to achieve their performance schedule and cost targets.
Liaise with the Technical Lead to manage the sub-contractors within the project.
Facilitate smooth interface and communication between the project team and other functions of the organization.
Ensure high-quality delivery while complying with procedures and regulations.
Support the development and deployment of best practices in the identification of risks to quality, new product introduction, and production, and initiate preventative steps in the project to mitigate these risks.
Support continuous improvement of yield, cost, quality, and efficiency in the project and business.
Identifying, assessing, and mitigating project risks.
Organizing and leading weekly project team meetings to discuss progress, risks, and next steps, and following up on the actions.
Reporting project status updates.
Supporting the Program Manager in facilitating monthly cross-functional and management team meetings.
Your profile Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Biomedical, or Industrial Engineering, or similar.
At least 5 years of experience in the medical device industry and at least 3 years of project management experience.
A track record of project management execution in MedTech.
Healthcare experience in the development of medical devices.
Prior experience working for a MedTech company whose products and processes are CE and FDA-regulated.
Energetic person, a real Team Player who enjoys technical challenges, with an analytical mindset.
Demonstrated management and leadership experience in working with cross-functional geographically dispersed teams on complex projects.
Excellent written, interpersonal communication, and presentation skills.
Ability to effectively present information to other functions of the business.
A self-starter, able to deliver the work required to advance the project with a minimal amount of direction.
Fluency in English is required (English is the company language).
Fluency in Spanish is a plus.
