Provide coordination and support to:Development Teams for functional topicsUser Acceptance Test (UAT)Market Acceptance Test (MAT)Warranty periodSupport and participation in the User Stories definition.Validate, together with the Solution Architects, the Solution Designs.Deliver on time and with quality the necessary deliverables.Provide analysis on any topic or issue.Be a functional expert with cross-functional knowledge.Provide context by connecting different issues together and giving the broader view on a topic.Act as a facilitator with transverse knowledge. Constructively challenge stakeholders.Act as a business proxy, detecting and explaining the Business impact of a technical decision.Facilitate the developers' work by providing the correct level of business/functional specifications to the developers.Knowledge of system integration and understanding the functional impacts of an architecture.Build requirements, not only collect them, and find the real needs.Signs of success: You are a team player, able to work in an international environment and with a matrix organization and can also work independently.You show analytical procedure and abstraction skills.You demonstrate high motivation and efficiency.You show pro-activity and self-reliance with an open and inquiring mind.You have excellent communication skills, both oral and written.Skills we can't do without: Master's degree in software engineering, computer science or similar field or equivalent working experience.At least 3 years of experience in a similar position.E-Commerce / Client Payments expertise.Strong Business analyst with PM expertise/knowledge.Used to working in Agile/scrum methodology.Knows the development lifecycle (testing, deployment, etc.).Preferably based in Barcelona.Fluent in English, oral and written.Skills we'd like: Curiosity to learn new things and to continuous improvement.You are very accurate and demonstrate high attention to detail.Las 20 000 personas que trabajamos en Worldline somos diferentes, pero compartimos los mismos valores.
