We are looking for a JR Project Manager to:
Support the client aspects of service management for one or more outsourcing contracts.Support the day-to-day management of contract operations and performance.Invest on a daily basis in overall growth of the outsourcing contract and its financial performance.Key Responsibilities Main point of contact for support services to Regional ClientTriage and assign tickets in coordination with Service delivery leadsRelease communication to ClientTrack timelines and follow-up with both Support team and SubsManage prioritization of tickets and ensure tickets are resolved as per priorityManage escalation of maintenance tickets, particularly communication and closure of major incidentsHandle escalations and communicate measures to meet client expectationsManage weekly and monthly meetings with SubsPlan and execute Service Introduction/knowledge transitionCoordinate with Subs for upcoming campaigns and align support processJob Requirements Must-have skills Agile Project ManagementGood to have skills Agile Program ManagementProgram and Project ManagementTechnical Experience Great communication skills and stakeholder management, team engagement.
Nice to have: Working experience in the Ecommerce domain and using tools for production support like JIRA.
