Project Manager Junior - Marketing Engagement Associate

Main point of contact for support services to Regional Client- 2. Triage and assign tickets in co-ordination with Service delivery leads- 3. Release communication to Client- 4. Track timelines and follow-up both Support team and Subs- 5. Manage prioritization of tickets and get the tickets resolved as per the priority- 6. Manage escalation of maintenance tickets in particular manage escalation, communication and closure of major incidents- 7.Handle escalations and communicate and take measures to meet client expectations- 8. Manage weekly and monthly meetings with Subs- 9. Plan and execute Service Introduction/knowledge transition- 10. Coordinate with Subs for up coming campaigns and align support process
