Job Duties:
Lead the planning and execution of water-related projects, with a focus on water pipelaying and distribution systems.
Manage and oversee day-to-day construction management activities on-site.
Provide construction administration, supervision, and coordination to ensure smooth project execution.
Monitor and ensure compliance with company standards, specifications, and regulatory requirements.
Review and approve pertinent project documents, including plans, permits, and progress reports.
Resolve technical challenges or issues that arise during the construction process.
Monitor construction productivity and ensure project milestones are met on schedule.
Collaborate closely with management to clarify project needs and requirements, ensuring alignment with overall goals.
Job Specifications:
Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering (BSCE or equivalent).
Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in construction management, preferably with experience in water-related projects (pipelaying experience is an advantage).
Strong communication, organizational, and planning skills.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Proven leadership and people management skills, with the ability to supervise and guide construction teams effectively.
Knowledge of construction standards, safety protocols, and industry best practices.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with water infrastructure projects, especially in pipelaying and water distribution systems.
Familiarity with relevant software tools for project management and design.
