RESPONSIBILITIES Ensure that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and meet the specified requirements and quality standards. Act as the intermediary between the project team, stakeholders, and clients, coordinating and communicating effectively to align expectations and deliver successful outcomes. Conduct feasibility studies or requirement gathering and develop project scopes, which include defining project goals, key performance indicators, and resource requirements. Create detailed project plans that outline tasks, timelines, dependencies, and deliverables, utilizing project management methodologies such as Agile and Scrum. Work closely with architects, developers, and designers. Assign tasks and monitor progress, adjusting as needed to address any delays or unexpected issues, including conflict management both internally and with the client. REQUIREMENTS 2-3 years of experience leading projects or directly taking on project management tasks/roles. Previous experience in any tech sector, development projects, and experience in development. Proactive and a fast learner, adapting resourcefully to key technologies used in different projects to effectively communicate and make informed decisions regarding technical aspects. Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and negotiation skills to manage team dynamics and address challenges that arise during the project.
