A supportive employer to our valued team.Summary of Position As a Project Manager, your mission is to coordinate and lead multidisciplinary projects at all stages, from conception to implementation, identifying and resolving obstacles and ensuring continuity and efficiency in their development.Essential Functions Plan and develop the Project Idea: define the concept and create a process to bring it to fruition. This includes setting and managing expectations, developing a detailed project plan, defining the scope of the project, understanding project risks and assigning team members to specific tasks.Monitor Project progress and set deadlines: organization and follow-through of the Projects. Create an accurate timeline of project completion in order to ensure tasks are finished within the confines of the assignment.Solve issues that arise: Anticipate delays that may occur and apprise the team of any changes. Adaptability and problem solving are key in order to keep control of a project.Manage the budget: be transparent and realistic about the cost. Maintain cost efficiency.Ensure stakeholder satisfaction: keep open lines of communication for updates and feedback.Evaluate project performance: evaluate its efficiency and effectiveness. Identify shortcomings and plan for ways to fix similar issues in the future.Requirements Higher degree or university education.Training in process management and improvement (Lean Methodology) is valuable.Previous experience in project management roles, preferably in the pharmaceutical industry, with a thorough knowledge of the regulatory environment.Solid training in Project Management with a Lean approach, demonstrating skills to optimize processes and maximize efficiency in project execution.Proven ability to identify and address complex problems in projects, acting as a catalyst for their resolution.Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, maintaining a high level of organisation and prioritisation
