If you match this description, get in touch!**What you'll do**:- Streamline and standardize our processes, always aiming for customer focus, quality and ease of use- Support and challenge the team to improve financial and operational control of project execution parameters- Be an entrepreneur in setting up new delivery models in our project execution team, with time running your own projects**Your qualifications**:- You want to kick off your career in an innovative environment offering great opportunities for project management- You think easy is boring, you want to push the envelope and challenge status quo- You take ownership to make things happen, in a structured but imaginative way- You have full domain of English and Dutch.
