To expand our team, WATA Factory is looking for a Project Lead with technical experience to handle communication with our customers in Germany. Required skills include a technical background, native-level German, and good English (B2).
Since 2018, the WATA Factory team has been constantly growing to provide better service to an increasing number of customers.
We seek a communicative employee with proven experience in software development, who enjoys working with people and aims to focus on customer support. A Project Lead at WATA will be in constant contact with customers, managing software projects (requirements gathering, analysis, planning, etc.), establishing a roadmap for improving digital products, and offering creative and innovative solutions.

YOUR PROFILE
Completed IT degree or equivalent, verifiable training
Competence and practical experience in managing technical projects (software development)
Ability to perform the roles of Project Manager, Product Owner, and Stakeholder
Self-confident appearance, high methodical competence, and communication skills
Excellent knowledge of German (native speaker/C2) and very good written and spoken English (level B2 or higher)
Enthusiasm for current trends
Structuring, planning, and organizing skills
Ability to shape ideas and involve different types of profiles in processes
Competences for working within the Scrum framework
Ability to perform requirements assessments of complex projects
Experience with project management and planning tools (Asana, Confluence, Jira, Merlin, Microsoft Project, Trello, etc.)
