TasksWithin the department "Technology, Engineering, Innovation", the candidate will be part of the team in charge of developing hydrogen projects which will involve integration as a whole system of hybrid wind, PV, green hydrogen, and e-fuel synthesis. Managing the technical definition and project management activities for several multi-gigawatt PtX projects located in US/Latam, with support from the global Technology experts group and VP in ANGH, and in coordination with the Development area. Managing the engineering scope of one or few projects (at the design and conceptual stage until Ready to Build), and the integration of component blocks (for each of them with an expert colleague in ANGH technology).Responsibilities include:Renewable energy (wind and PV), plus battery storage, genset backup, and other electrical equipment to achieve electrical offgrid operation.Hydrogen generation (plus Nitrogen and CO2) and compression & storage.Synthesis to liquid molecules ("end product") to ammonia and methanol, plus its liquid storage and handling to liquid export terminal/port.Cooling plant, water plant, and piping for gases, chemical liquids, and water.Adaptation of each block as required for the local/country ambient conditions of the project, with help from ANGH technology experts and local/country engineering and EPC companies.Interfacing with Nordex Wind resources in Sales (quotations for wind turbine/farm) and PM/EPC (quotations for logistics, crane installation/CBoP EBoP).Providing technical data and cost inputs, local and specific to the project, in order to enable precise modelling of target KPIs (like Levelized Cost of Electricity Hydrogen Ammonia and Methanol, and financial IRR/NPV). Models provided by ANGH technology expert.Critically review and propose changes together with the ANGH technology experts, to improve KPIs of the plant and to provide solutions to enable (easier) permitting, (and to refine the models).Coordination of the preparation of (renewable electricity) plant design and (chemical plant) concept studies, pre/feasibility, pre-FEED, and FEED (Front End Engineering Design = plant design in chemical industry) with selected Engineering firms.Daily coordination with the development department (development team is in charge of Permitting, land owners, Institutional Relations, Government, and public authorities) providing them technical information required for their tasks. Bridge between development and the global technology experts.Profile Qualification/Training:Master's degree in Engineering.Minimum of 8 total years of professional experience working in technical or project management areas in conventional energy, renewable energy (utility-scale wind and/or solar projects), or chemical engineering. It is absolutely required some professional experience in at least one (beneficial in more): Wind energySolar PV utility scaleHydrogen, ammonia, methanol, or other e-fuels#J-18808-Ljbffr
