Project Engineer Hvac

Responsibilities & Duties (80%) Create product specification plans and documentation based on customer or Sales team requests.Provide internal and external technical support to clarify specification issues and support project completion.Develop project solutions within standard framework, ensuring quality, efficiency, and appropriate timescale in coordination with Sales Engineers.Create and manage project documentation and information in relevant systems.Supervise customer orders to align with project definition from design phase to prevent after-sales issues.Suggest, develop, and maintain tools to enhance pre-sales support and documentation.Coordinate outsourced design office resources, maintain records of work, and oversee invoice control.Support tracking and reporting of project conversion ratios.Qualification & Experience Relevant University Degree or equivalent practical experience3-5 years of experience in the fieldStrong skills in CAD tools and relevant design softwareKnowledge & Skills Proficient in processes, technologies, products, or relevant expertiseEffective utilization of planning, analytical, or conceptual principlesUnderstanding of legislation and regulations impacting the businessOther Specific Requirements Strong communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to work under stressGeneral Responsibilities (20%) Cost-effective contracts and purchasingEfficiency and automation to reduce costsCompliance with Panasonic's Policies, Processes, and ProceduresParticipation in corporate requirements like ISM, CSR, Antibribery & Corruption, Competition LawBenchmarking activitiesGeneral administration tasksUndertaking projects within the position's skill setAttendance of required trainingBusiness trip participationAdherence to safety protocolsReport any H&S breaches
