Your missionSupport the IONITY rollout teams in Italy, Spain and Portugal regarding coordination and administration of rollout projects, as.Manage and closely monitor purchase requests and invoicing.Liaise with procurement and finance departments regarding requests.Manage the data reporting towards our partners.Support the key account management of our partners.Support other countries' rollout teams as needed.Your profileFluent English, Spanish and Italian required, Portuguese beneficial. Other languages would be welcome as well.Bachelor of business administration or similar education.Experience in an administrative role or similar support function.Experience with ERP systems is beneficial.Detail-oriented working style.Autonomous and pro-active working style.Driving license (class B) would be welcome.Location: Flexible within Italy, Spain or Germany
