Remote People – Madrid, MadridResponsibilities:Perform daily shipping administrative support including:Issuance of Sales Contract, Purchase Contracts, and Shipping InstructionsPreparation and checking of Import/Export Shipping Documents such as Invoices, Packing Lists, Country of Origin, Bill of Lading, Phytosanitary Certificates, and Fumigation CertificateMonitor vessel movements and tracking of shipmentsOther routine shipment-related coordination and documentation within the internal teamAny other ad hoc duties assignedRequirements:SPM qualificationAt least 1 year of similar work experienceTeam player with the ability to work independentlyProficient in MS Office applications such as Word, Excel, and DatabaseGood command of English (writing and speaking)
