We're continuously developing our technology to help our customers grow their business and delight their target audience.This service has become so successful that we're recruiting a copywriter to join the team and work alongside the customer success team and group wide marketing team!In this role, you will:Get under the skin of our customers digital marketing pains, challenges and drivers. Having complete clarity on what they are looking to achieve with our solution and ensuring they are following best practice to get there.Check briefs from clients / CSMs / Sales / Marketing to ensure that the scope of the project is clearly defined and the deliverables identified.Carry out project scoping and create a clear brief to ensure you understand what the client wantsResearch and understand a clients needs and target audiences through online searches, reviews of existing research and material, interviews with subject matter experts and internal meetings.Liaise with clients and CSMs to ensure project information is correct and copy fits the needs of the project.Identify key messages and be able to condense complex information.Be adept at varying the voice, style and other characteristics of messaging based on the clients tone of voice and target audience characteristics.Refer to, and sometimes contribute to, brand style guides to ensure all content is consistent.Continuously raise the bar for copy that connects with the target audiences pain points.Maintain up to date knowledge of communications and client related industry trends.Advise on relevant experiences and changes to page experiences as part of the personalisation process, including imagery, message changes and pulling content from other pages to create the best experience.Copywriting all content for these experiences.Edit and proof your own and other's writing.Creating content for our internal marketing teams to deliver their content calendar. including thought leadership ebooks and whitepapers, blogs and social posts.Here's what you'll need for success:At least 2-3 years of copywriting experience dealing with a range of B2B marketing clients with a solid portfolio of work.Excellent writing and research skills.Ability to work independently or with a team to meet deadlines.Excellent organizational and multitasking ability.Exceptional eye for detail
