As Program Manager, you will own multiple initiatives to drive standardization across EU. This will improve the overall last mile cost and Delivery Service Providers (DSP) Experience for AMZL EU.Key Job Responsibilities Responsible for EU DSP Payments programs to drive standardization and process compliance.Develop processes and systems to achieve metrics, often requiring scrappy solutions to temporarily overcome technical limitations. The ability to scale will be critical to all processes.Proactively identify and lead process improvement initiatives through quantitative analysis and data-driven decision making.Ability to develop and share best practices across AMZL CO teams in other regions and Delivery Stations.Ability to partner and influence multiple stakeholders, such as DSP teams, Operations, ACES and Finance.About the TeamAMZL handles 'last mile' delivery duties in partnership with third-party distribution businesses.
