About the Team
The Production Centre is a hub of delivery excellence based in Madrid, formed by a multicultural team of production experts which delivers marketing materials across Europe (EMEA). In a nutshell, the Production Center boosts business's growth driving efficiencies & performance.
Purpose of the role
- Vision: The Production Team Leader leads a production team to deliver all the production requirements for a whole region or specific clients.
- Mission: To activate the proposition of Indicia Worldwide through upskilling the team capacities and taking main accountability for production processes.
- Approach: To establish excellence in production delivery through our values - Collaboration, Entrepreneurship, Pioneering and Accountability.
The Production Team Leader will have 3 different dimensions: Production Management: Lead a production team to comply with all the production needs of a whole region or a specific client while managing the general traffic of projects into the team and being held fully accountable for the key production processes and tasks (Open Orders, Accruals). At times, the PTL will also have to manage production projects with specific complexities, spending levels or other situational circumstances.Team Management: Be in charge of upskilling, developing and coaching the team members, especially mentoring the Senior Production Managers. Manage the NCRs in the team, assess the internal responsibility and propose solutions.Communication and stakeholder management: Be the team's escalation point for operational topics, internally or externally.Skills, knowledge, experience and exposure
The Production Team Leader will likely have 10+ more years of print/POS production management experience and we expect from that role a strong industry background. Previous experience in team management and direct client-facing will be strongly preferred. Fluency both written and spoken in English + Spanish is mandatory.

- As a Production Team Lead, you will be at the forefront of collaborating closely with internal and external stakeholders. This requires you to have excellent communication skills at all levels of the hierarchy. You should be able to convey your message in a clear and effective way, ensuring everyone is on the same page. Your ability to articulate complex ideas and tailor your communication style to different audiences will be critical to your success in this role.
- A solution-oriented and resolutive mindset is a must for a Production Team Lead. In this role, you will encounter a variety of challenges that will require you to think creatively and find effective solutions. Your ability to approach problems with a positive attitude and a mindset that sees problems as an opportunity to innovate will set you apart from others in this field.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills are key to success in this role. You will be involved in the delivery of several projects simultaneously, each with a high level of detail.
