The Planner will be responsible for developing and executing production plans to meet customer demand while optimizing resource utilization and minimizing costs.This role requires strong analytical skills, effective communication, and the ability to collaborate cross-functionally with teams in production, logistics, and sales.What you can look forward to as Production Planner:Develop detailed production plans for short-term and long-term horizons, considering factors such as customer demand, production capacity, and inventory levels.Coordinate with the sales team to obtain accurate demand forecasts and incorporate them into production plans.Schedule production activities, including manufacturing processes, materials procurement, and resource allocation, to meet production targets and customer delivery requirements.Monitor and track production progress against the plan, identifying any deviations or issues and implementing corrective actions as necessary.Collaborate with the production, logistics, and procurement teams to ensure timely availability of materials and resources to support production schedules.Analyze production data and key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify opportunities for process improvement and optimization.Communicate production plans, schedules, and priorities to all relevant stakeholders, including production teams, supervisors, and management.Your profile as Production Planner:Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, Business Administration, or a related field.3 years of experience in production planning, scheduling, or related roles within a manufacturing environment.Proficiency in production planning software and tools, such as ERP systems, MRP systems, and Microsoft Excel.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex data and make data-driven decisions.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.Knowledge of lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement methodologies.Fluency in Spanish and English languages
