Our ultimate aim is to distribute our content through all touchpoints and connect with our audience wherever they may be.We are currently looking for a Production Manager to oversee multiple international projects reporting to the Head of Studios.KEY DUTIES:Contribute to develop best practices and improve production processes in partnership with the Production Efficiency Supervisor.Provide support to set/maintain guidelines, goals, and good performance.Manage and develop employees and creative operations.Work with HR Manager and Outsourcing Manager to hire new members of the team.Oversee and work with IT Manager / CG Supervisor departments for internal goals and project-related needs (rendering, security, plug-ins, scaling studio, deliveries).Coordinate technical onboarding of new hires.Lead the weekly production meeting and provide reports/metrics.Assess project and resource requirements.Estimate, negotiate, and agree budgets and timescales with clients in collaboration with the Head of Studio.Determine quality control standards and apply them to direct reports.Oversee production processes, detect improvement needs, and work closely with the Pipeline and technical team.Re-negotiate timescales or schedules as necessary.Organize the repair and routine maintenance of production equipment and pipeline in collaboration with the IT Team.Liaise with buyers and marketing and sales staff when required.Organize relevant training sessions related to business and individual needs.ABOUT YOU:Previous experience:5 years minimum experience in a 3D and/or 2D animation company.Languages:Exceptional communication skills, both written and oral in English and Spanish
